Where do you ship to, and how much does delivery cost?
We currently ship to Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Metro Manila, Jakarta, Japan, and South Korea, Australia, United Kingdom, and United States. If your region is not on this list, contact us at hello@weekendplans.club for more information on possible shipping options.
Shipping costs depend on the size, weight, and type of products you choose and will be calculated at checkout before you complete your payment. Please note that items like carpets, electricals, lighting, and small furniture are required to be shipped via ocean freight.
What shipping method do you use?
We provide two shipping options: Air Freight Shipping and, in select countries, Ocean Freight Shipping. If you are ordering large-volume items or items weighing more than 10 kilograms, we recommend using Ocean Freight Shipping to reduce shipping costs. What is the procedure for processing my orders and how much time does it take?
Depending on the size of your order, please allow a processing time of 7 working days. For pre-order items, refer to the estimated date provided on the product's description page.

What currency will I be charged in?
Weekend Plans processes payments in US Dollars. Other currencies displayed on our site are provided for your convenience. Please note that buy/sell exchange rates may vary depending on when your credit card provider processes the transaction, which may result in a slightly different amount appearing on your credit card statement compared to the invoiced amount. Your provider may also charge international payment fees and/or commission for selling you foreign currency. Please refer to your card provider's terms and conditions for further details.
What is your returns policy?
In the event that you receive damaged goods, you can file a claim within three days by providing us with pictures of the external packaging, internal packaging, and the damaged goods themselves. Once it is verified that the damage was caused during the logistics or packaging processes, we will arrange for a full or partial refund based on the condition of the goods. Rest assured that all refunds will be processed within 2 working days.
If you find the goods unsuitable or change your mind, you can email us within three days of receiving the goods at hello@weekendplans.club. We will provide you with a return address, and you will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping to our warehouse in Hong Kong. As soon as we confirm that the goods have been received in their original condition without any damage, we will promptly process a full refund within 2 working days.
Please note that refunds may be subject to fluctuations due to the bank's exchange rate or platform fees on the day of the transaction.
