Where do you ship to, and how much does delivery cost?
We currently ship to Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Metro Manila, Jakarta, Japan, and South Korea, Australia, United Kingdom, and United States. If your region is not on this list, contact us at hello@weekendplans.club for more information on possible shipping options.
Shipping costs depend on the size, weight, and type of products you choose and will be calculated at checkout before you complete your payment. Please note that items like carpets, electricals, lighting, and furniture are required to be shipped via ocean freight.
What shipping method do you use?
We provide two shipping options: Air Freight Shipping and, in select countries, Ocean Freight Shipping. If you are ordering large-volume items or items weighing more than 10 kilograms, we recommend using Ocean Freight Shipping to reduce shipping costs.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The estimated delivery time for your order depends on the shipping option selected at checkout. Please refer to your order confirmation email for more details on the delivery estimate. Note that the shipping time does not include the time for order processing. Please allow a processing time of 7 working days, depending on the size of your order.
What is the procedure for processing my orders and how long does it take?
At Weekend Plans, we prioritize competitive pricing to ensure that our customers receive the best value. We directly import goods from their origin factories, eliminating unnecessary costs associated with reselling and forwarding. This approach allows us to offer high-quality products at affordable prices. Our Order Processing Workflow consists of five stages:
1. Order Placement: After placing an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email. This email will contain your order number and a list of the items you've purchased.
2. Notification and Shipment: Upon receiving an order, we initiate the processing by alerting the relevant factories about the ordered items. These orders are then dispatched from their respective factories and sent in batches to our central consolidation warehouse. We aim to have all orders consolidated at the warehouse within a span of 7 working days, depending on the order size.
3. Packaging: Once the goods arrive at our consolidation warehouse, they will be inspected, packaged, and boxed. The packaged goods are then given to our shipping courier, who organizes the shipment based on the selected shipping method, either air or ocean freight, at the time of order placement.
4. Shipping and Tracking: Once the package has been loaded onto the flight or ship, we will send you an email update that includes the tracking number and link.
5. Delivery: Once the package reaches the destination country, a local courier company will be assigned to deliver it to the address you provided when you placed your order.
Please allow a processing time of 7 working days, depending on the size of your order. For pre-order items, refer to the estimated date provided on the product's description page. We do not recommend express shipping for pre-order items.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel an order, please reach out to us at hello@weekendplans.club with your order number as soon as possible. Kindly note that we can only cancel orders that have not yet been dispatched and are not made-to-order.
Can I amend my order details, such as the shipping address or items purchased?
If you require any modifications to your order, please contact us at hello@weekendplans.club with your order number as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes to the shipping address and recipient name if the order has not yet been dispatched. However, if you wish to modify the order itself, we would need to cancel the current order and request that you place a new order. Please note that we can only cancel orders that have not been fulfilled yet.
My order was marked delivered but has not yet arrived. What should I do?
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that correct delivery details, including order address, contact number, and consignee's name, are provided when placing an order. Weekend Plans cannot be held liable for failed delivery attempts due to customer negligence in providing inaccurate or incomplete information. In such cases, a refund cannot be offered. Therefore, it is highly recommended that customers review and verify the accuracy of their order information before shipment. If changes need to be made, please contact us at hello@weekendplans.club with your order number and the corrected information as soon as possible.
How do I reschedule the delivery date / time?
To reschedule your delivery date / time, please reach out to the courier company using the contact information provided in the dispatch email. They will be able to assist you in changing the delivery date.
How do I track my order?
To track your order, click on the link provided in the order dispatch email we sent. If you encounter any issues with the link or tracking number, please reach out to us at hello@weekendplans.club
Payments
What types of payment do you accept?
All payments are processed through PayPal. You can pay using your PayPal balance or with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard®, American Express, Discover (except in Canada), JCB, and Diners Club. Please note that you don't need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card.
What currency will I be charged in?
Weekend Plans processes payments in US Dollars. Other currencies displayed on our site are provided for your convenience. Please note that buy/sell exchange rates may vary depending on when your credit card provider processes the transaction, which may result in a slightly different amount appearing on your credit card statement compared to the invoiced amount. Your provider may also charge international payment fees and/or commission for selling you foreign currency. Please refer to your card provider's terms and conditions for further details.
What is your returns policy?
In the event that you receive damaged goods, you can file a claim within 48 hours by providing photographic evidence of the external packaging, internal packaging, and the damaged goods themselves. Upon receiving the claim, our team will verify the cause of damage and arrange for either a full or partial refund, or a replacement of the item(s) accordingly. For furniture products, including tables, sofas, and chairs, a maximum refund of 20% of the product's listed price at the time of purchase will be issued if the item is received damaged. All refunds are processed within two working days to ensure prompt resolution.
If you find the product unsuitable, you may request a return within three days of receipt by contacting us at hello@weekendplans.club. The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping to our Hong Kong warehouse. Upon receipt and verification that the returned goods are in their original, undamaged condition, we will process a full refund within two business days.
Please note that refund amounts may be subject to variations due to bank exchange rates or platform fees on the day of the transaction.
What is the procedure for reporting an item that is missing or faulty from my order?
To ensure quality delivery, the team at Weekend Plans checks all purchases thoroughly for faults before shipping. In the rare case of a faulty item being delivered, Weekend Plans will replace it at no additional cost to the customer. Refunds of faulty items will be accepted only if the goods were faulty when delivered. If a replacement item is not available, Weekend Plans will issue a refund.
In the event of damage during shipping, customers are advised to contact hello@weekendplans.club within 48 hours of receiving the parcel and provide photographic evidence of the issue. Items that are faulty due to wear and tear will not be refunded.
How long will it take for my refund to come through?
Refunds will be processed within 2 working days of receiving a cancellation request or fault report and will be issued using the original payment method.
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 2 business days of our confirmation of the refund. Please contact the card provider for information about when the credit will be posted to your account.
If you paid by PayPal, refunds will be sent to the PayPal account you chose within 2 business days of our confirmation of the refund. Please contact PayPal for information about when the refund will be posted to your account.
Can I exchange a product?
Unfortunately, we currently do not provide the option to exchange products.

Do you take bulk orders?
For customers interested in purchasing products in large quantities for events, cafes, restaurants, or club houses, we offer bulk order options at a discounted price. However, please be aware that customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with these orders. How can I get in touch regarding a collaboration?

A product I would like to order is out of stock. Will it be coming back in stock?
For out-of-stock products, it is possible that they may come back in stock due to popular demand. Customers can show their interest in these items by clicking the "Notify me when this item comes back in stock" button on the specific product page.
Are your products dishwasher or machine washable?
