Where do you ship to, and how much does delivery cost?
We currently ship to Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Metro Manila, Jakarta, Japan, and South Korea, Australia, United Kingdom, and United States. If your region is not on this list, contact us at hello@weekendplans.club for more information on possible shipping options.
Shipping costs depend on the size, weight, and type of products you choose and will be calculated at checkout before you complete your payment. For more information on our shipping rates, refer to our Shipping & Returns page. Please note that items like carpets, electricals, lighting, and small furniture are required to be shipped via ocean freight.
What shipping method do you use?
We provide two shipping options: Air Freight Shipping and, in select countries, Ocean Freight Shipping. If you are ordering large-volume items or items weighing more than 10 kilograms, we recommend using Ocean Freight Shipping to reduce shipping costs. What is the procedure for processing my orders and how much time does it take?
Depending on the size of your order, please allow a processing time of 7 working days. For pre-order items, refer to the estimated date provided on the product's description page.

What currency will I be charged in?
Weekend Plans processes payments in US Dollars. Other currencies displayed on our site are provided for your convenience. Please note that buy/sell exchange rates may vary depending on when your credit card provider processes the transaction, which may result in a slightly different amount appearing on your credit card statement compared to the invoiced amount. Your provider may also charge international payment fees and/or commission for selling you foreign currency. Please refer to your card provider's terms and conditions for further details.
What is your returns policy?
In the event that you receive damaged goods, you can file a claim within 48 hours by providing photographic evidence of the external packaging, internal packaging, and the damaged goods themselves. Upon receiving the claim, our team will verify the cause of damage and arrange for either a full or partial refund, or a replacement of the item(s) accordingly. For furniture products, including tables, sofas, and chairs, a maximum refund of 20% of the product's listed price at the time of purchase will be issued if the item is received damaged. All refunds are processed within two working days to ensure prompt resolution.
If you find the product unsuitable, you may request a return within three days of receipt by contacting us at hello@weekendplans.club. The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping to our Hong Kong warehouse. Upon receipt and verification that the returned goods are in their original, undamaged condition, we will process a full refund within two business days.
Please note that refund amounts may be subject to variations due to bank exchange rates or platform fees on the day of the transaction.
